I live in st.cloud MN and when ever I come to Duluth I always stop in I did however have my service dog with me and I put her in the cart I have had her in the store before it was quite awhile ago and I had no problems I did not have the proper vest on her so that's my fault. I was approached by an associate that told me dogs are not allowed in the store and I had to leave I asked if I could buy my groceries and then leave I was told that I would have to exit the store and then return to buy my items I just left and dint buy my items she was a very nice person just doing her job I din't get a chance to tell her about my dog. I did look at the entryway of the store and there was nothing posted about dogs or service dogs in general but there is a sign that says must have shirt and shoes to enter. I think it would be best if something was posted about dogs I did feel really bad today and embarrassed we won't be back.

Nice store. Not like large Whole Foods I've been to. It's more co-op like.

I called to see if they had the rustic inn blueberry cream pies in stock. The guy went and checked for me. Super helpful and friendly .

Two ladies in the store at the register were incredibly rude and told my daughter to get off of the bottom lip of the cart as my husband was around her gently walking and basically holding her as she barely touched/didn't touch the ground. The younger lady addressed my daughter as she is in trouble as opposed to the parents. The lady at the register whispered to the other register lady and then she proceeded to give us a hard time. We pushed back stating that she is our child and we can deal with any issues or injuries. She said we should read the cart and that it is stated on all carts although we read our cart right then and there and it is not. This is an overreach of her "powers" At the end of this all- we do not feel welcomed at this store and will not be purchasing anything here.
